There are 12 double bedrooms, most have the option of being twin or double and an extra bed can be arranged on request. Please contact us if you require single occupancy

All the bedrooms have their own bathroom/shower, toilet, hair drier, colour TV and tea/coffee making facilities.

Some of the rooms look out across the Pavilion Gardens and Lake and can be pre-booked on request.

Downstairs there is a large comfortable lounge and a dining room. The lounge can also be used as a function room by prior arrangement.

Both the Lounge and the Dining Room have large picture bay windows with unrestricted views of the Pavilion Gardens, the lake and the local wildlife.

The Breakfast Menu is flexible and is made using fresh local produce wherever possible.
