The Westminster Hotel is situated just off the Centre of Buxton adjacent to the Pavilion Gardens and is easily reached by car, train, bus and even plane via Manchester Airport which has a direct regular bus link with Buxton.

Arriving by Car:- Buxton is easily reached by road (See Map) from all directions and is located on an intersection of 4 major routes (A6, A53, A54, A515). Car access and parking is to the rear of the hotel from Hartington Road. There is no vehicle access to the front of the Westminster Hotel from the Broad Walk.

Arriving by Train:- Buxton Railway Station has regular direct train services with both Stockport and Manchester linking into the national rail network (Details). The Station is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Arrangements can be made for guests to be transported to and from the railway station at certain times, please contact us first for details.

Arriving by Bus or Coach:- Buxton is served by several bus companies and is on the National Express coach network. Beside local bus services Buxton has excellent bus links to many other major towns and areas. Some of the main timetables and timetable links are provided here.
